Delete your Páme account

Páme: Fitness With Friends, by Páme

You can delete your Páme account and its data at any time. You don’t need to reinstall the app or give a reason.

In the app

1. Open Páme and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out and your account is deleted.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Páme account”, from the email address you signed in with (if you used Sign in with Apple’s Hide My Email, say so and include the display name you use in Páme). We may ask you to confirm the request, and we’ll reply when it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in link with Apple or Google
• Your profile: display name, profile picture and time zone
• All daily step totals we stored for you
• Your squad memberships, and any squads you created (with their rounds)

In squads you were part of but didn’t create, you disappear from members and leaderboards. A round you won will show no winner.

What is kept, and for how long

We delete everything within 30 days of your request. Backups are overwritten within a further 30 days. We only keep something longer if the law requires it. Health data on your phone stays in Apple Health or Health Connect, because Páme never wrote it there and doesn’t own it.

Apple and Google keep a record that you once used their sign-in with Páme. You can remove it in your Apple ID settings (Sign in with Apple) or your Google Account (Third-party apps & services).

Only want to stop sharing? You can leave a squad or turn off health access instead, and keep your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
